Matters arising

Agenda

1.      Cambridge City Council: Sports Services Review, Community Sports Workshop

No-one was able to attend.

2.      KKA Awards scheme

Liv to register Cambs with KKA.  We will pilot the scheme within our club before using it as a tool for teachers in schools.

Sijbren has located a similar Dutch version from his youth which may be also be useful depending on the success of the KKA scheme.

  1. Hall plans

21 children have returned their slips denoting when they might be available given a change of hall and time.  Saturday 6-7pm @ Perse favoured, but the committee will wait until Monday when more slips are returned  It was noted that it is crucial to increase the number of coaches and balls/equipment.  One possible interim solution would be to have U11’s at Perse and U13’s still at Netherhall.

Liz to ring Netherhall re lost base.

Need to move four 3m posts to Perse from Netherhall and St Matthews.

  1. Lottery grant

The committee agreed the format of the form and it can now be sent off once some minor details have been ammended.  Liz to send affiliation details to Liv.

The accounts have finally been audited.

A letter has been sent to the city council requesting a grant to help pay for the posts that are hired from NKA.  Liz to invoice Newnham Croft and Milton Road for the hire of the posts.

  1. Tear off leaflets

Ade to do after move of halls.
